dala! Consulting Services is an organisation with a purpose: to contribute towards improving non-profit organisations' practice, sustainability and impact. 

Recognising that each organisational context is unique, we work with clients to develop customised processes, systems and plans to address strategic and operational challenges.

Our practice is founded in systems thinking and adaptive management and acknowledges that successful organisational development processes are rarely linear. As a result, the dala! approach to organisational development depends on ensuring a balance between technical solutions, participatory processes and regular reflection to ensure the support dala! delivers is suited to the organisation’s needs at any particular time.
